Volunteers are the heart of Naperville Youth Club. When you give your time, skills, or leadership, you help students access high‑quality academic enrichment, mentorship, and hands‑on STEM learning that many families cannot find anywhere else. Whether you’re supporting homework help, tutoring, coding and robotics, field trips, or special events, your involvement directly strengthens the next generation.
All volunteers who work with children must complete an application and background check to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every student.

Our nonprofit exists to close opportunity gaps and provide academic enrichment for children who need extra support to thrive. Many students benefit from additional guidance, encouragement, and exposure to STEM and literacy experiences beyond the school day.

Board Directors
For leaders ready to guide our long‑term vision. Board Directors help shape strategy, strengthen governance, and ensure our programs remain impactful, equitable, and sustainable.
Committee Advisors
Perfect for professionals who want to lend expertise without the full commitment of a board role. Advisors support committees such as finance, programming, development, marketing, and governance.
Event Volunteers
Help power our signature events — including our annual golf tournament, holiday raffle, and community fundraisers. Event volunteers make it possible for us to raise critical funds that support scholarships, STEM materials, and program expansion.
